Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching

Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching combines strength and flexibility training to create balance and efficiency in the body. Ki-Hara helps the body function better as a whole, increases flexibility and muscle tone, and can alleviate chronic pain. ATTK Fitness incorporates this cutting-edge technique into our programming to ensure that our clients can continue to train, recover from injuries faster and maintain their mobility and flexibility.
