Personal and Semi-Private Training

Whether or not you have a background in athletics or a history of fitness training, our training programs are geared towards improving overall health and fitness and reaching your personal goals. You and your personal trainer will work together to set and reach realistic goals regarding body composition, muscular strength and endurance, functional movement, and cardiovascular fitness.

Personal training programs can be conducted as one-on-one-sessions or as group training sessions with up to 4 people per ATTK personal trainer. Rest assured, this is not your average Calgary bootcamp or fitness class. Our professional personal trainers will tailor each session to meet the goals of the individual or the group.

Completely Personalized Program—receive a program developed by an educated and experienced ATTK coach or personal trainer that targets your main concerns and helps you reach your goals.

Education and Instruction—learn about the program, the reasons behind its structure and ask your ATTK coach or personal trainer questions to ensure you are comfortable with it.

Proper nutrition-maximize your training. Good food is the cornerstone of every effective personal training program. Let us show you how to get the best results out of your nutrition plan.

Semi Private Training Memberships

The Personal Training Packages ensure you get the full ATTK Fitness experience, which include assessment and at least 3 training phases with us. By ensuring we work with you for a minimum of 4 months, we maximize your training experience, establish a solid routine and build the foundation for lasting results. In addition, by committing to us, be discount the services so you are saving money! Its a win win.  

BRONZE Semi-Private Training Memberships

  • 3 month commitment: Memberships starting from $539 monthly

GOLD Semi-Private Training Memberships

A La Carte Semi-Private and Personal Training

If a monthly personal training package isn't your cup of tea, then we are happy to work with you on an A La Carte basis. This allows you access to our great coaches with more flexibility for those people that travel often, live out of town or just are not interested in a monthly commitment. 

A La Carte Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training 12 Pass - $1080 for 12 sessions

  • No long term commitment

  • Basic or Intermediate Training Program (advanced programs have additional fees)

A La Carte Personal Training

Personal Training Sessions:

  • Coach Tessa - $100/hour for CityFit members and $110/hour for non-members

  • Coach Kelsey $250/hour for CityFit members and $260/hour for non-members

Personal Program Development:

  • Coach Tessa - $100/hour for CityFit members and $110/hour for non-members

  • Coach Kelsey $250/hour for CityFit members and $260/hour for non-members

Physical Assessments

Fitness Assessments:

  • Basic Assessment $150

  • Advanced Assessment $225
